By participating in the event, Ticketholder assumes all risks occurring before, during or after event, including injury by participating in any activity related thereto or by any other cause, and releases BDG Media, Inc., Drag Queen Story Hour NYC, LTD, The Neon Tea Party, Sprouts Cooking School, LLC, all event sponsors, issuer, management, participants, talent and each of their representatives and personnel from any related claims. Ticketholder specifically acknowledges and agrees that certain conditions including, but not limited to, pregnancy and allergies, may prevent Ticketholder from participating in certain activities at the event, and that, to the extent Ticketholder is aware of any such condition, Ticketholder should consult with a doctor prior to engaging in any such activity.
